With over 25 years of diving experience, Duikschool de Grevelingen has become a household name in the Zeeland diving community. Our favourite spot is Lake Grevelingen - Europe’s largest saltwater lake, just a stone’s throw from our base in Scharendijke.
We believe in personal attention. That's why we always dive in open water with a maximum of two divers per instructor. For a try-dive you always go in one-on-one, making the dive even more safe.
We operate from divestore de Grevelingen, the largest dive shop in south-west Netherlands. Everything you need - from course materials to equipment - under one roof.

The Grevelingenmeer
The largest saltwater lake in Europe, located in the Netherlands.
The Grevelingen is a special place that is ideal for novice divers. Thanks to the absence of tides, there is hardly any current here, yet the underwater life is very similar to that found in the North Sea and the Oosterschelde. This is because fresh water flows in from both sides every day. So you can dive here all day long and encounter some wonderful marine life.

SSI Classified Diving
Dive School de Grevelingen is an official SSI Classified Diving Center. We are trained to dive with divers with limited mobility and sensory impairments. The Classified Diving programme focuses on what is possible — and when something isn't, a specially trained buddy can step in. This way, divers can still earn the Open Water Diver certification based on standard requirements.
