Dive School de Grevelingen is based in Scharendijke, surrounded by the finest dive sites in Zeeland. We dive primarily in the Grevelingenmeer — the largest saltwater lake in Europe. We have been diving here for years and love showing people why we are so passionate about diving in Zeeland.
We believe that learning to dive should be personal. That is why we work in small groups: maximum two students per instructor. Sometimes even one-on-one. This way you learn faster, feel free to ask questions and work at your own pace. And it means we never compromise on safety.
Whether you want to look underwater for the first time, earn your first certification or simply go for a dive — we guide you in a way that suits you. Trusted, friendly and safe.
How we work
Small groups
Maximum two divers per instructor. For introduction dives or when you need it, even one-on-one. You get the attention you deserve.
Local knowledge
We dive daily in the Grevelingenmeer and regularly in the Oosterschelde. We know the best spots, the tides and the seasons.
SSI certified
We are affiliated with SSI (Scuba Schools International). All certifications we issue are internationally recognised and valid for life.
Sustainable diving
We dive in a fragile ecosystem. Respect for nature, minimal disturbance, no litter — these are values we actively pass on.
Safety first
We always work with certified Dive Professionals, check equipment beforehand and adapt dives to weather and water conditions.

SSI dive school in Zeeland
We are a recognised SSI dive school. SSI (Scuba Schools International) is one of the largest dive training organisations in the world. All certifications we issue are internationally recognised and valid for life.
We are also an SSI Classified Diving Center — a certification for dive schools trained to dive with people with limited mobility or sensory disabilities.

We are based in Scharendijke, just a short distance from the Grevelingenmeer. We operate from Divestore de Grevelingen — the largest dive shop in South West Netherlands and our partner for dive equipment and related services.
